Seven Clans Casino Title 31 Compliance Committee

The Title 31 Compliance Committee will assure that training classes are conducted for all personnel designated for Title 31 training twice a year.  Chronological records indicating pass/fail of all Title 31 examinees will be kept by each casino property for inspection by the Treasury. 

The Seven Clans Casino Title 31 Compliance Committee consists of the Property Trainers and Red Lake Gaming Commission.

These records will also contain the signed certification page found at the beginning of the Seven Clans Casinos Compliance Program.
