Title 31 Training Requirements

Title 31 Property Trainers will document the dates and times of Title 31 training classes and set examination schedules for all employees. 

The Property Trainers will maintain a sign-in list for all attendees and a list of scores relating to the initial and in-service examination for the file. 

Employees will be given three (3) opportunities to pass the exams (80% passes). 

Employees unable to pass the Title 31 examinations will be considered for transfer to a non-key position in the casino, pursuant to the Seven Clans Casinos Associate Policy Manual.
